Article R5132-42-3 of the French Public Health Code

Single units of medicinal products may be dispensed, subject to their inclusion on the list established by the order provided for in Article L. 5123-8, for medicinal products which comply with the following packaging rules:

1° Either the medicinal product is presented in the form of a blister pack containing at least the information provided for in Article R. 5121-141, in outer packaging that complies with the provisions of Article R. 5121-138 ;

2° Or the medicinal product is presented as a sachet-dose in outer packaging that complies with the provisions of Article R. 5121-138.

La délivrance à l’unité des médicaments est possible, sous réserve de leur inscription sur la liste fixée par l’arrêté prévu à l’article L. 5123-8, pour les spécialités satisfaisant aux règles de conditionnement suivantes :

1° Soit la spécialité est présentée sous forme de blister comportant au moins les indications prévues par l’article R. 5121-141, dans un conditionnement extérieur conforme aux dispositions de l’article R. 5121-138 ;

2° Soit la spécialité est présentée en sachet-dose dans un conditionnement extérieur conforme aux dispositions de l’article R. 5121-138.
