The immediate packaging and the outer packaging, within the meaning of Article R. 5121-1, include the following information written in French for the user:

1° The name of the reagent ;

2° The name and address of the distributor ;

3° The indication “in vitro use”;

4° If necessary, the indication “danger”;

5° Storage conditions;

6° The expiry date;

7° Manufacturing batch number.

Le conditionnement primaire et le conditionnement extérieur, au sens de l’article R. 5121-1, comportent les informations suivantes rédigées en langue française à l’intention de l’utilisateur :

1° La dénomination du réactif ;

2° Le nom et l’adresse du distributeur ;

3° L’indication “usage in vitro” ;

4° Si nécessaire, l’indication “danger” ;

5° Les conditions de conservation ;

6° La date limite d’utilisation ;

7° Le numéro de lot de fabrication.
