Article R5141-15 of the French Public Health Code

The application for marketing authorisation is accompanied by a draft summary of product characteristics, the presentation and content of which are laid down in accordance with Article 14 of Directive 2004 / 28 / EC of 31 March 2004 by order of the Ministers for Agriculture and Health on a proposal from the Director General of the National Agency for Food, Environmental and Occupational Health Safety.

The drafts of the outer and primary packaging and, where applicable, the draft leaflet, are attached to the summary of product characteristics.

La demande d’autorisation de mise sur le marché est accompagnée d’un projet de résumé des caractéristiques du produit, dont la présentation et le contenu sont fixés conformément à l’article 14 de la directive 2004 / 28 / CE du 31 mars 2004 par arrêté des ministres chargés de l’agriculture et de la santé sur proposition du directeur général de l’Agence nationale de sécurité sanitaire de l’alimentation, de l’environnement et du travail.

Les projets des conditionnements extérieurs et primaires et, s’il y a lieu, le projet de notice, sont joints au résumé des caractéristiques du produit.
