Article R5142-17-1 of the French Public Health Code

In the companies and their establishments mentioned in 3° of article R. 5142-1, the pharmacist or veterinarian in charge and the delegated pharmacist(s) or veterinarian(s) must provide proof of at least six months’ practical experience acquired under the conditions mentioned in article R. 5142-16.

This experience may have been acquired in whole or in part in an establishment operating medicinal products for human use or veterinary medicinal products, provided that this experience consisted at least of batch monitoring activities or pharmacovigilance activities.

Dans les entreprises et leurs établissements mentionnés au 3° de l’article R. 5142-1, le pharmacien ou le vétérinaire responsable et le ou les pharmaciens ou vétérinaires délégués justifient d’une expérience pratique d’au moins six mois acquise dans les conditions mentionnées à l’article R. 5142-16.


Cette expérience peut avoir été acquise en tout ou partie dans un établissement assurant l’exploitation de médicaments à usage humain ou de médicaments vétérinaires, à condition que cette expérience ait consisté au moins en des activités de suivi des lots ou en des activités de pharmacovigilance.
