Article R5146-1-1 of the French Public Health Code

An adaptation period of a maximum duration of one year is used to ensure the technical and administrative skills of the Agency’s inspectors, mentioned in 1° of articles L. 5146-1 and L. 5146-2, and to validate their professional experience in the field of the good practices mentioned in articles L. 5141-4 and L. 5142-3. At the end of this period, the Director General of the Agency takes a decision regarding their assignment.

Une période d’adaptation d’une durée maximale d’un an permet de s’assurer des compétences techniques et administratives des inspecteurs de l’agence, mentionnés au 1° des articles L. 5146-1 et L. 5146-2, et de valider leur expérience professionnelle dans le domaine des bonnes pratiques mentionnées aux articles L. 5141-4 et L. 5142-3. A l’issue de cette période, le directeur général de l’agence prend une décision concernant leur affectation.
