Articles R. 523-12 to R. 523-21 of the Environmental Code apply to nanoparticulate substances used in the composition of health products intended for humans, cosmetic products mentioned in article L. 5311-1 and veterinary medicinal products mentioned in articles L. 5141-1 and L. 5141-2.
Les articles R. 523-12 à R. 523-21 du code de l’environnement s’appliquent aux substances à l’état nanoparticulaire entrant dans la composition des produits à finalité sanitaire destinés à l’homme, des produits à finalité cosmétique mentionnés à l’article L. 5311-1 ainsi qu’aux médicaments vétérinaires mentionnés aux articles L. 5141-1 et L. 5141-2.
