Article R519-36 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The association verifies that the staff of its members subject to the requirement of good repute referred to in articles L. 500-1, L. 519-3-3 and R. 519-6 meet this requirement.

To this end, any person applying for membership or renewal thereof shall provide the Association each year with an updated list of the staff concerned, indicating the surnames, first names and functions of the corresponding employees. It must certify that each of them meets the conditions mentioned in I, II, IV and V of article L. 500-1 and in article R. 519-6. It shall make available to the association bulletin no. 3 of the extract from the criminal record less than three months old of each employee or a declaration on their honour signed by the staff concerned certifying that each of them satisfies the aforementioned conditions.

L’association vérifie que le personnel de ses membres soumis à la condition d’honorabilité mentionnées aux articles L. 500-1, L. 519-3-3 et R. 519-6 satisfait à cette condition.


A cette fin, toute personne sollicitant une adhésion ou le renouvellement de celle-ci fournit chaque année à l’association la liste actualisée du personnel concerné, en indiquant les noms, prénoms et fonctions des salariés correspondants. Elle atteste que chacun d’entre eux satisfait aux conditions mentionnées aux I, II, IV et V de l’article L. 500-1 et à l’article R. 519-6. Elle tient à disposition de l’association le bulletin n° 3 de l’extrait de casier judiciaire datant de moins de trois mois de chaque salarié ou une déclaration sur l’honneur signée du personnel concerné attestant que chacun d’eux satisfait aux conditions susmentionnées.
