The association shall equip itself with the resources it needs to support its members in carrying out their activities and complying with their obligations.
It shall put in place an organisation and written procedures enabling it to carry out the tasks referred to in section 4 in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions. To this end, it shall have at its disposal staff specifically assigned to the performance of these duties who are not engaged in the business of intermediation in banking transactions and payment services.
It ensures that all its members comply with its operating rules. Written procedures define how members are to be notified of breaches of these rules and procedures and how the right of defence is to be exercised in accordance with the adversarial principle.
The association shall adopt a policy for the classification of information, including that covered by the professional secrecy referred to in article L. 519-15. In particular, it shall ensure that access is limited to personnel authorised by the association.
It shall also have archiving facilities to ensure that all documents are preserved.
