Article R519-5 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

I. – The remuneration provided for in I of Article L. 519-1 must be understood as any pecuniary payment or any other form of agreed economic benefit linked to the intermediation service.

II. – The remuneration allocated for the intermediation activity may only be paid in full or in part to one of the intermediaries mentioned in I or III of article R. 519-4.

The above provision does not preclude the payment of a referral fee to the indicators mentioned in 2° of article R. 519-2.

Article R519-5

I. – La rémunération prévue au I de l’article L. 519-1 doit s’entendre comme tout versement pécuniaire ou toute autre forme d’avantage économique convenu et lié à la prestation d’intermédiation.

II. – La rémunération allouée au titre de l’activité d’intermédiation ne peut être versée en totalité ou en partie qu’à l’un des intermédiaires mentionnés au I ou au III de l’article R. 519-4.

La disposition ci-dessus ne fait pas obstacle au versement d’une commission d’apport aux indicateurs mentionnés au 2° de l’article R. 519-2.
