Article R5211-12 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application of II of article L. 5211-28-2:

1° Actual operating revenues are those defined in article R. 2334-3-2, as understood for the application of article L. 2334-7;

2° The deliberative body of the public establishment for inter-municipal cooperation adopts the distribution of the sums pooled and paid back to the municipalities by 15 October of the year of distribution at the latest. It notifies its member municipalities of the definitive distribution adopted by this deliberation.

Article R5211-12

Pour l’application du II de l’article L. 5211-28-2 :

1° Les recettes réelles de fonctionnement sont celles définies à l’article R. 2334-3-2, telles qu’entendues pour l’application de l’article L. 2334-7 ;

2° L’organe délibérant de l’établissement public de coopération intercommunale adopte par une délibération la répartition des sommes mises en commun et reversées aux communes au plus tard le 15 octobre de l’année de répartition. Il notifie à ses communes membres la répartition définitive adoptée par cette délibération.
