Article R5211-13 of the French Public Health Code

The presentation, at scientific or technical meetings, exhibitions or demonstrations, of medical devices which do not comply with the provisions of this Title is authorised provided that a visible sign clearly indicates that these devices may not be placed on the market or put into service until they have been brought into conformity.

La présentation, lors de réunions scientifiques ou techniques, d’expositions ou de démonstrations, de dispositifs médicaux non conformes aux dispositions du présent titre est autorisée à la condition qu’un panneau visible indique clairement que ces dispositifs ne peuvent être mis sur le marché ni mis en service avant leur mise en conformité.
