Article R5212-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The maximum allowances voted, pursuant to article L. 5211-12, by the deliberative bodies of the syndicats de communes for the effective exercise of the functions of chairman or vice-chairman are determined by applying the following scales to the amount of the monthly salary corresponding to the terminal gross index of the civil service index scale:

Les indemnités maximales votées, en application de l’article L. 5211-12, par les organes délibérants des syndicats de communes pour l’exercice effectif des fonctions de président ou de vice-président sont déterminées en appliquant au montant du traitement mensuel correspondant à l’indice brut terminal de l’échelle indiciaire de la fonction publique les barèmes suivants :
