Article R5212-13 of the French Labour Code

The amount of funding by the employer mentioned in article R. 5212-12 is revised each year on the basis of the amount of the contribution that should have been paid the previous year, excluding the deductions mentioned in article L. 5212-11.

The amounts of annual funding provided for under the programme that have not been spent are carried over to the following year.

Article R5212-13

Le montant du financement par l’employeur mentionné à l’article R. 5212-12 est révisé chaque année sur la base du montant de la contribution qui aurait dû être versée l’année précédente, à l’exclusion des déductions mentionnées à l’article L. 5212-11.

Les montants de financement annuels prévus au titre du programme qui n’ont pas été dépensés sont reportés sur l’année suivante.
