Article R5213-36 of the French Labour Code

When the request for financial assistance concerns compensation for additional management costs, it is sent to the Prefect of the département in which the establishment is located.
It must be accompanied by proof of the expenditure corresponding to the additional supervision and the opinion of the social and economic committee.

Lorsque la demande d’aide financière concerne la compensation des charges supplémentaires d’encadrement, elle est adressée au préfet du département où est situé l’établissement.
Elle est accompagnée de la justification des dépenses correspondant à ce supplément d’encadrement ainsi que de l’avis du comité social et économique.
