Article R5223-8 of the French Public Health Code

The authorisation is issued for a period of five years. At the request of the holder, submitted no later than two months before the normal expiry date, the initial authorisation is renewed for a period of five years.

L’autorisation est délivrée pour une durée de cinq ans. Sur demande du titulaire présentée au plus tard deux mois avant la date normale d’expiration, l’autorisation initiale est renouvelée pour une durée de cinq ans.
