Article R5232-20 of the French Public Health Code

The information provided for in I and II of Article L. 5232-5 shall be made available in a dematerialised format, accessible free of charge and reusable in such a way as to allow aggregation. To this end, any person who places products on the market within the meaning of Article L. 5232-5 shall make the information available either on a dedicated website or webpage, or by means of an application designated by joint order of the ministers responsible for health and the environment.

If the product concerned is also subject to a consumer information obligation under Article L. 541-9-1 of the Environment Code, the information provided for in I and II of Article L. 5332-5 of this code is made available on the same media as those used to make available information on the environmental qualities and characteristics of these products or categories of products defined in application of article L. 541-9-1 of the Environmental Code.

A joint order of the ministers responsible for health and the environment specifies the procedures relating to the content and conditions of presentation of the information provided for in I and II of article L. 5232-5 of this code.

The information provided for in I and II of article L. 5232-5 is made available to the public for each product no later than six months after publication of the order provided for in article R. 5232-19 including it on the list.

Article R5232-20

Les informations prévues aux I et II de l’article L. 5232-5 sont mises à disposition sous un format dématérialisé, accessible sans frais et réutilisable de façon à permettre une agrégation. A cette fin, toute personne qui met sur le marché des produits au sens de l’article L. 5232-5 met à disposition l’information soit sur un site ou une page internet dédié, soit au moyen d’une application désignée par arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé et de l’environnement.

Si le produit concerné fait également l’objet d’une obligation d’information des consommateurs au titre de l’article L. 541-9-1 du code de l’environnement, les informations prévues aux I et II de l’article L. 5332-5 du présent code sont mises à disposition sur les mêmes supports que ceux prévus pour la mise à disposition des informations sur les qualités et caractéristiques environnementales de ces produits ou catégories de produits définis en application de l’article L. 541-9-1 du code de l’environnement.

Un arrêté conjoint des ministres chargés de la santé et de l’environnement précise les modalités relatives au contenu et aux conditions de présentation des informations prévues aux I et II de l’article L. 5232-5 du présent code.

La mise à disposition du public des informations prévues aux I et II de l’article L. 5232-5, est réalisée pour chaque produit au plus tard six mois après la publication de l’arrêté prévu à l’article R. 5232-19 l’inscrivant sur la liste.
