Make An Appointment

Article R53-21-1 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The Minister of Justice is authorised to implement automated processing of personal data known as “Redex” (Répertoire des Expertises), consisting of the directory of personal data collected in the context of legal proceedings provided for in Article 706-56-2.

This processing is supervised by the magistrate in charge of the national criminal records department, who ensures compliance with the provisions of this title.

Ce traitement est placé sous le contrôle du magistrat dirigeant le service du casier judiciaire national, qui veille au respect des dispositions du présent titre
