Article R53-22 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

Where the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 706-57, the record of the statements made by the person heard shall mention the authorisation given by the public prosecutor or the investigating judge.

Lorsqu’il est fait application des dispositions du premier alinéa de l’article 706-57, le procès-verbal des déclarations de la personne entendue mentionne l’autorisation donnée par le procureur de la République ou par le juge d’instruction.
