Article R53-53 of the French Code of Criminal Procedure

The application for registration referred to in article R. 521-6 of the French Commercial Code shall include the following information:

1° the date of the decision ordering the seizure;

2° The name of the owner of the business seized, and his identification details, as defined in 2° of Article R. 521-6 of the Commercial Code;

3° The address and business name of the seized business.

La demande d’inscription visée à l’article R. 521-6 du code de commerce comprend les informations suivantes :

1° La date de la décision ayant ordonné la saisie ;

2° La désignation du propriétaire du fonds de commerce saisi, ainsi que ses éléments d’identification, tels que définis au 2° de l’article R. 521-6 du code de commerce ;

3° L’adresse et le nom commercial du fonds de commerce saisi.
