The date of notification of the decision of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons which appears in the Office’s information system, and which is communicated to the competent prefect and to the Director General of the French Office for Immigration and Integration by means of computer processing, is authentic until proven otherwise.

La date de notification de la décision de l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides qui figure dans le système d’information de l’office, et qui est communiquée au préfet compétent et au directeur général de l’Office français de l’immigration et de l’intégration au moyen de traitements informatiques, fait foi jusqu’à preuve du contraire.
