Article R531-35 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When, in the cases and under the conditions set out in article L. 531-41, the interested party intends to submit a request for reconsideration, he or she must make a new application for registration with the competent prefect.
The provisions of articles R. 531-2 to R. 531-5 then apply.

Article R531-35

Lorsque dans les cas et conditions prévues à l’article L. 531-41, la personne intéressée entend présenter une demande de réexamen, elle doit procéder à une nouvelle demande d’enregistrement auprès du préfet compétent.
Les dispositions des articles R. 531-2 à R. 531-5 sont alors applicables.
