Article R5311-2 of the French Labour Code

The Monitoring Committee provided for in Article L. 5312-3 comprises :

1° Three representatives of the State appointed by the Minister for Employment ;

2° The Managing Director and two representatives of the Board of Directors, appointed on the proposal of this Board, of the unemployment insurance management body mentioned in Article L. 5427-1 ;

3° The Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Managing Director of Pôle emploi.

The Chairman of the Monitoring Committee is appointed from among its members by the Minister for Employment.

The members and chairman of the Monitoring Committee are appointed by order of the Minister for Employment.

The Monitoring Committee meets at least twice a year and is convened by its chairman.

The Budget Controller’s representative attends the Monitoring Committee meetings.

Article R5311-2

Le comité de suivi prévu à l’article L. 5312-3 comprend :

1° Trois représentants de l’Etat désignés par le ministre chargé de l’emploi ;

2° Le directeur général et deux représentants du conseil d’administration, nommés sur proposition de ce conseil, de l’organisme gestionnaire de l’assurance chômage mentionné à l’article L. 5427-1 ;

3° Le président du conseil d’administration et le directeur général de Pôle emploi.

Le président du comité de suivi est désigné en son sein par le ministre chargé de l’emploi.

Les membres et le président du comité de suivi sont nommés par arrêté du ministre chargé de l’emploi.

Le comité de suivi se réunit au moins deux fois par an sur convocation de son président.

Le représentant du contrôleur budgétaire assiste aux réunions du comité de suivi.
