Article R5312-30 of the French Labour Code

A copy of the minutes of each meeting of the joint body, signed by the Chairman, is sent :

1° To the members of the joint body ;

2° To the Regional Director of Pôle emploi ;

3° To the Regional Prefect;

4° To the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Director General of Pôle emploi;

5° To the chairman, vice-chairman and managing director of the unemployment insurance body referred to in Article L. 5427-1.

Un exemplaire du procès-verbal de chaque réunion de l’instance paritaire, signé par le président, est transmis :

1° Aux membres de l’instance paritaire ;

2° Au directeur régional de Pôle emploi ;

3° Au préfet de région ;

4° Au président du conseil d’administration et au directeur général de Pôle emploi ;

5° Au président, au vice-président et au directeur général de l’organisme gestionnaire de l’assurance chômage mentionné à l’article L. 5427-1.
