Article R532-21 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

The president of the hearing panel or, before the file is entered, the president of the Cour nationale du droit d’asile, the section presidents or chamber presidents may set the date for the closure of the written hearing by an order notified to the parties at least fifteen days before that date.
The order shall not state the reasons on which it is based and may not be appealed.
The written hearing may be reopened in the same way.

Le président de la formation de jugement ou, avant enrôlement du dossier, le président de la Cour nationale du droit d’asile, les présidents de section ou présidents de chambre peuvent fixer la date de clôture de l’instruction écrite par une ordonnance notifiée aux parties quinze jours au moins avant cette date.
L’ordonnance n’est pas motivée et ne peut faire l’objet d’aucun recours.
L’instruction écrite peut être rouverte dans les mêmes formes.
