Article R532-22 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Where the parties are informed of the date of the hearing at least two months before it, they are informed by the same letter of the date on which the investigation will be closed. This information does not constitute notice of the hearing within the meaning of article R. 532-32.
However, for cases covered by article L. 532-6 when the decision of the French Office for the Protection of Refugees and Stateless Persons was taken pursuant to articles L. 531-24 to L. 531-31 or L. 531-32 to L. 531-35, the written investigation is closed three clear days before the date of the hearing.

Dans le cas où les parties sont informées de la date d’audience deux mois au moins avant celle-ci, elles sont informées par le même courrier de la date de clôture de l’instruction. Cette information ne vaut pas avis d’audience au sens de l’article R. 532-32.
Toutefois, pour les affaires relevant de l’article L. 532-6 lorsque la décision de l’Office français de protection des réfugiés et apatrides a été prise en application des articles L. 531-24 à L. 531-31 ou L. 531-32 à L. 531-35, l’instruction écrite est close trois jours francs avant la date de l’audience.
