Article R532-28-1 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

When submitted by a lawyer or an advocate at the Conseil d’Etat and the Cour de cassation, the appeal may be sent to the court electronically by means of the dedicated computer application accessible via the internet network, mentioned in article R. 414-1 of the Code of Administrative Justice.

Briefs and exhibits subsequently produced must then be sent to the court by the same means, failing which they will be disregarded in the debates if they are not regularised within a time limit set by the court.

Lorsqu’il est présenté par un avocat ou un avocat au Conseil d’Etat et à la Cour de cassation, le recours peut être adressé à la cour par voie électronique au moyen de l’application informatique dédiée accessible par le réseau internet, mentionnée à l’article R. 414-1 du code de justice administrative.

Les mémoires et pièces ultérieurement produits doivent alors être adressés à la cour par le même moyen, sous peine d’être écartés des débats à défaut de régularisation dans un délai imparti par la cour.
