The identification of the author of an appeal or brief, in accordance with the procedures laid down by the order referred to in Article R. 414-3 of the Code of Administrative Justice, is equivalent to a signature for the application of the provisions of this code.
However, when the appeal or brief has not been the subject of an electronic signature within the meaning of the second paragraph of Article 1367 of the Civil Code, the agent may, if necessary, be required to produce a copy of the appeal or brief bearing his handwritten signature.
