La communication audiovisuelle est mise en œuvre par des moyens dont les caractéristiques techniques assurent une retransmission fidèle, loyale et confidentielle à l’égard des tiers, selon des modalités définies par arrêté conjoint du ministre de la justice et du ministre chargé de l’asile.
