Article R532-71 of the French Code governing the entry and residence of foreign nationals and the right of asylum

Subject to the application of article R. 532-70, the application is immediately communicated to the Minister of the Interior and the Minister responsible for asylum, who have a period of one week to produce their observations.
As soon as these observations are received, they are communicated, by any means, to the person concerned.

Sous réserve de l’application de l’article R. 532-70, la demande est immédiatement communiquée au ministre de l’intérieur et au ministre chargé de l’asile, qui disposent d’un délai d’une semaine pour produire leurs observations.
Ces observations sont, dès leur réception, communiquées, par tout moyen, à l’intéressé.
