Article R533-18-4 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

Where they have been given authority to sign on behalf of an investment firm, members of the staff of that investment firm may not, without the authorisation of the senior management, perform administrative, management or executive duties in a credit institution, a finance company, another investment firm or a commercial company governed by Book II of the Commercial Code.

Lorsqu’ils ont reçu le pouvoir de signer pour le compte d’une entreprise d’investissement, les membres du personnel de cette entreprise d’investissement ne peuvent, sauf autorisation de la direction générale, exercer des fonctions d’administration, de gestion ou de direction ni dans un établissement de crédit, ni dans une société de financement, ni dans une autre entreprise d’investissement, ni dans une société commerciale régie par le livre II du code de commerce.
