Article R5522-84 of the French Labour Code

For the application of article R. 5142-3 in Mayotte, the words: “within the meaning of article L. 242-1 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “within the meaning of article 28-1 of order no. 96-1122 of 20 December 1996 relating to the improvement of public health, to sickness, maternity, invalidity and death insurance, to the financing of social security in Mayotte and to the Mayotte social security fund”.

Pour l’application à Mayotte de l’article R. 5142-3, les mots : “ au sens de l’article L. 242-1 du code de la sécurité sociale ” sont remplacés par les mots : “ au sens de l’article 28-1 de l’ordonnance n° 96-1122 du 20 décembre 1996 relative à l’amélioration de la santé publique, à l’assurance maladie, maternité, invalidité et décès, au financement de la sécurité sociale à Mayotte et à la caisse de sécurité sociale de Mayotte ”.
