Article R563-5 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

The processing implemented on behalf of the State to enable the operations provided for in articles R. 563-1 to R. 563-4, together with the measures required to protect the personal data of persons other than the operators mentioned in article R. 563-1, is authorised by an order issued after consultation of the CNIL pursuant to I of article 26 of amended law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 relating to information technology, files and freedoms.

Article R563-5

Le traitement mis en œuvre pour le compte de l’Etat afin de permettre les opérations prévues aux articles R. 563-1 à R. 563-4, assorti des mesures nécessaires à la protection des données personnelles des personnes autres que les opérateurs mentionnés à l’article R. 563-1, est autorisé par arrêté pris après avis de la CNIL en application du I de l’article 26 de la loi n° 78-17 du 6 janvier 1978 modifiée relative à l’informatique, aux fichiers et aux libertés.
