Article R5711-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

The chapters and articles of the budget of a public-private association covered by article L. 5711-1 are defined by the decree mentioned in article R. 2311-1. The budget is voted in accordance with the conditions set out in article R. 5211-14. The provisions of article R. 2311-1 defining the methods of functional presentation and presentation by nature are applicable to the budget of the joint association referred to in article L. 5711-1.

Les chapitres et articles du budget d’un syndicat mixte relevant de l’article L. 5711-1 sont définis par le décret mentionné à l’article R. 2311-1. Le budget est voté dans les conditions prévues à l’article R. 5211-14. Les dispositions de l’article R. 2311-1 définissant les modalités de la présentation fonctionnelle et de la présentation par nature sont applicables au budget du syndicat mixte visé à l’article L. 5711-1.
