Article R5721-1 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

For the application of the second paragraph of article L. 5721-6-3, the restricted formation of the departmental commission for inter-municipal cooperation is that provided for in articles R. 5211-30 to R. 5211-34, completed in the cases and conditions provided for in the same article L. 5721-6-3. The departmental council representative is elected from the college referred to in 3° of article L. 5211-43 and the representative of the Regional Council within the college referred to in 4° of the same article.

Pour l’application du second alinéa de l’article L. 5721-6-3, la formation restreinte de la commission départementale de la coopération intercommunale est celle prévue aux articles R. 5211-30 à R. 5211-34, complétée dans les cas et conditions prévus au même article L. 5721-6-3. Le représentant du conseil départemental est élu au sein du collège visé au 3° de l’article L. 5211-43 et le représentant du conseil régional au sein du collège visé au 4° du même article.
