Article R5721-2 of the French General Code of Local Authorities

When a mixed syndicate defined in article L. 5721-2 no longer counts, as a result of the application of articles L. 5211-41-1, L. 5215-22, L. 5215-40-1, L. 5216-7 and L. 5216-10, only one member, its disappearance is recorded by order of the representative of the State in the department where it has its registered office and the syndicate is wound up under the conditions provided for in articles L. 5211-25-1 and L. 5211-26.

Lorsqu’un syndicat mixte défini à l’article L. 5721-2 ne compte plus, par suite de l’application des articles L. 5211-41-1, L. 5215-22, L. 5215-40-1, L. 5216-7 et L. 5216-10, qu’un seul membre, sa disparition est constatée par arrêté du représentant de l’Etat dans le département où il a son siège et le syndicat est liquidé dans les conditions prévues aux articles L. 5211-25-1 et L. 5211-26.
