Article R600-2 of the French Commercial code

The measures provided for in article L. 611-2 fall within the jurisdiction of the president of the court of the place where the registered office of the debtor, a legal entity, is located or, where applicable, the place where the debtor, a natural person, has declared the address of his business or activity.

The territorial jurisdiction of the president of the court to appoint a mandataire ad hoc is determined by article R. 600-1.

Les mesures prévues à l’article L. 611-2 relèvent de la compétence du président du tribunal du lieu du siège du débiteur, personne morale, ou, le cas échéant, du lieu où le débiteur, personne physique, a déclaré l’adresse de son entreprise ou de son activité.

La compétence territoriale du président du tribunal pour désigner un mandataire ad hoc est déterminée par l’article R. 600-1.
