The interview provided for in the first paragraph of Article L. 611-2, which is held without the presence of the court clerk, gives rise to the drawing up of minutes by the president of the court, which only mention the date and place of the interview and the identity of the persons present. The minutes are signed by the persons present and the president of the court.
If the person summoned does not attend the meeting, the court clerk will draw up a statement of default on the same day. The notice of receipt of the summons is attached to this report. A copy of this report shall be notified without delay by the Registrar to the person summoned by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt.
This report shall mention, if applicable, the name used by the entrepreneur for the exercise of the professional activity concerned. It is filed with the Registrar.
