When the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution requires a company to submit for approval a training programme provided for in V of Article L. 612-23-1, the company must submit it within forty-five days.
The AMF shall be kept regularly informed of the implementation of the training programme it has required.
Lorsque l’Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution exige d’une entreprise la remise pour approbation d’un programme de formation prévu au V de l’article L. 612-23-1, cette dernière est tenue de le lui remettre dans un délai de quarante-cinq jours.
L’Autorité est tenue régulièrement informée de la mise en œuvre du programme de formation qu’elle a exigé.
