Article R613-11 of the French Intellectual Property Code

Reports to the Committee are entrusted either to members of the Committee or to members of the Conseil d’Etat, the Court of Auditors, the Inspectorate General of Finance and the Inspectorate of Pharmacy, appointed by order of the Minister responsible for industrial property.

The chairman appoints, for each case, one or, if necessary, several rapporteurs.

Rapporteurs receive an allowance, the amount of which is set by joint order of the Minister responsible for industrial property and the Minister of the Economy and Finance.

Les rapports devant la commission sont confiés soit aux membres de celle-ci, soit à des membres du Conseil d’Etat, de la Cour des comptes, de l’inspection générale des finances et de l’inspection de la pharmacie, nommés par arrêté du ministre chargé de la propriété industrielle.

Le président désigne, pour chaque affaire, un ou, s’il y a lieu, plusieurs rapporteurs.

Les rapporteurs perçoivent une indemnité dont le montant est fixé par arrêté conjoint du ministre chargé de la propriété industrielle et du ministre de l’économie et des finances.
