Article R613-47 of the French Monetary and Financial Code

For the purposes of Article L. 613-46-1, notification of the decisions referred to in V of that article, taken on applications for authorisation to enter into or amend group financial support agreements, shall be given within four months of receipt of the application. If the Supervisory Board remains silent at the end of this period, the decision is deemed to have been authorised.

Pour l’application de l’article L. 613-46-1, la notification des décisions mentionnées au V de cet article, prises sur les demandes d’autorisation de conclusion ou de modification d’accords de soutien financier de groupe, intervient dans le délai de quatre mois à compter de la réception de la demande. Le silence gardé par le collège de supervision à l’issue de ce délai vaut autorisation.
