A foreign national who is granted a period of voluntary departure is informed that the administrative authority may terminate it if a reason for refusing this period appears after it has been notified, pursuant to article L. 612-5.
L’étranger auquel est accordé un délai de départ volontaire est informé que l’autorité administrative peut y mettre fin si un motif de refus de ce délai apparaît postérieurement à sa notification, en application de l’article L. 612-5.
