Article R6132-5-1 of the French Public Health Code

I – A joint medical and nursing committee, comprising equal numbers of members of the group medical committee and members of the group nursing, rehabilitation and medical-technical committee, may be set up to make proposals for the structuring of care pathways within the shared medical project.

II – The joint medical and nursing commission will involve representatives of users, healthcare professionals and any other partners who are involved in the development of healthcare pathways.

III -The joint medical and nursing committee may, with a view to their consideration in particular within the framework of the shared medical project or care project, make proposals relating to :

1° The operational implementation of the care pathways in the medical project and the shared care project;

2° The coherence and harmonisation of medical, nursing and organisational practices;

3° Coordinated or joint training initiatives;

4° The development of prevention and health promotion initiatives;

5° The evaluation of care networks and their implementation methods, particularly with regard to their impact on the service provided to users.

Article R6132-5-1

I.-Une commission commune médico-soignante, composée de façon paritaire de membres de la commission médicale de groupement et de membres de la commission des soins infirmiers, de rééducation et médico-techniques de groupement, peut être constituée pour faire des propositions de structuration des filières de soins au sein du projet médical partagé.

II.-La commission commune médico-soignante associe à ses travaux des représentants des usagers, des professionnels de ville ou tout autre partenaire utile à la construction des parcours de santé.

III.-La commission commune médico-soignante peut, en vue de leur prise en compte notamment dans le cadre du projet médical ou du projet de soins partagés, faire des propositions portant sur :

1° La mise en œuvre opérationnelle des filières de soins du projet médical et du projet de soins partagés ;

2° La cohérence et l’harmonisation des pratiques médicales, soignantes et organisationnelles ;

3° Des actions de formation coordonnées ou conjointes ;

4° Le développement des actions de prévention et de promotion de la santé ;

5° L’évaluation des filières et de leurs modalités de mise en œuvre au regard notamment de leur impact sur le service rendu à l’usager.
