Article R6133-14 of the French Public Health Code

When the Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire is not authorised to bill for care that is reimbursable by social security, the remuneration of natural or legal persons practising as self-employed medical professionals is ensured in accordance with the provisions of article L. 6133-6.

When the group is authorised to bill for this care in accordance with 4° of article L. 6133-1, the remuneration of natural or legal persons practising as self-employed medical professionals is ensured in accordance with the provisions of article L. 6133-8.

Article R6133-14

Lorsque le groupement de coopération sanitaire n’est pas autorisé à facturer des soins remboursables aux assurés sociaux, la rémunération des personnes physiques ou morales exerçant une profession médicale à titre libéral est assurée conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 6133-6.

Lorsque le groupement est autorisé à facturer ces soins conformément au 4° de l’article L. 6133-1, la rémunération des personnes physiques ou morales exerçant une profession médicale à titre libéral est assurée conformément aux dispositions de l’article L. 6133-8.
