Article R6133-22 of the French Public Health Code

A Groupement de Coopération Sanitaire may participate in public medical, pharmaceutical and post-graduate teaching under the conditions set out in article L. 6142-5.

The association agreements concluded between the health cooperation grouping, on the one hand, and the university hospital centre or the dental care, teaching and research centre, on the other hand, are appended to the grouping’s constituent agreement and are approved by the director general of the regional health agency under the same conditions as the constituent agreement.

Un groupement de coopération sanitaire peut participer aux enseignements publics médical et pharmaceutique et post-universitaire dans les conditions mentionnées à l’article L. 6142-5.

Les conventions d’associations conclues entre le groupement de coopération sanitaire, d’une part, et le centre hospitalier universitaire ou le centre de soins, d’enseignement et de recherche dentaire, d’autre part, sont annexées à la convention constitutive du groupement et sont approuvées par le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé dans les mêmes conditions que la convention constitutive.
