Article R6133-27 of the French Public Health Code

If the constituent agreement so provides, the General Meeting may elect from among its members a select committee to which it delegates, for a fixed renewable term, some of its powers from among those mentioned in 2°, 8°, 9°, 10°, 15°, 16°, 17°, 19°, 20° and 21°.

In matters other than those mentioned in this article, the General Meeting may delegate powers to the director or to the select committee.

Si la convention constitutive le prévoit, l’assemblée générale peut élire en son sein un comité restreint à qui elle délègue, pour une durée déterminée renouvelable, certaines de ses compétences parmi celles mentionnées aux 2°, 8°, 9°, 10°, 15°, 16°, 17°, 19°, 20° et 21°.

Dans les matières autres que celles mentionnées au présent article, l’assemblée générale peut donner délégation à l’administrateur ou au comité restreint.
