As part of international cooperation, public health establishments take part in medical device collection initiatives in compliance with the conditions set out in article L. 5211-4 and in accordance with the procedures laid down by order of the Minister for Health.

Dans le cadre d’une coopération internationale, les établissements publics de santé participent à des actions de collecte de dispositifs médicaux respectant les conditions prévues à l’article L. 5211-4 et selon des modalités fixées par arrêté du ministre chargé de la santé.
