Article R6141-65 of the French Public Health Code

Amendments to the foundation’s articles of association may only be proposed to the supervisory board of the public health institution(s) which took the initiative to create the foundation after two deliberations by the board of directors taken two months apart and by a majority of three quarters of the members present or represented. However, a single deliberation is sufficient when the amendment has been decided unanimously by the members present or represented. The amendment to the Articles of Association is approved in accordance with the procedures set out in article R. 6141-54.

La modification des statuts de la fondation ne peut être proposée au conseil de surveillance du ou des établissements publics de santé ayant pris l’initiative de créer la fondation qu’après deux délibérations du conseil d’administration prises à deux mois d’intervalle et à la majorité des trois quarts des membres présents ou représentés. Toutefois, une seule délibération suffit lorsque la modification a été décidée à l’unanimité des membres présents ou représentés. La modification des statuts est approuvée selon les modalités fixées à l’article R. 6141-54.
