Public health institutions are subject to the budgetary, financial and accounting regime defined by the provisions of Title I of Decree 2012-1246 of 7 November 2012 on public budgetary and accounting management, subject to the provisions of this section.

Les établissements publics de santé sont soumis au régime budgétaire, financier et comptable défini par les dispositions du titre Ier du décret n° 2012-1246 du 7 novembre 2012 relatif à la gestion budgétaire et comptable publique, sous réserve des dispositions de la présente section.
