Article R6145-66-1 of the French Public Health Code

In the event of a decision to make a capital contribution to the companies mentioned in article R. 6145-74, the amount of which exceeds a threshold set by order of the ministers responsible for health and the budget, the chief executive officer of the university hospital centre shall revise the multi-year global financing plan and submit the revised plan to the chief executive officer of the regional health agency for approval. The Director General of the Regional Health Agency has one month to object.

En cas de décision d’apport en capital auprès des sociétés mentionnées à l’article R. 6145-74 dont le montant est supérieur à un seuil fixé par arrêté pris par les ministres en charge de la santé et du budget, le directeur général du centre hospitalier universitaire révise le plan global de financement pluriannuel et soumet le plan révisé à l’approbation du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé. Le directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé dispose d’un mois pour s’y opposer.
