The committee meets at least three times a year. It adopts its own rules of procedure and an executive committee. It is convened by its Chairman. Such a meeting may be called at the request of the Chairman of the Executive Board, at least half the members of the Committee or the Director General of the Regional Health Agency.
The agenda is set by the chairman of the committee.
La commission se réunit au moins trois fois par an. Elle se dote d’un règlement intérieur et d’un bureau. Elle est convoquée par son président. Cette convocation est de droit à la demande du président du directoire, de la moitié au moins des membres de la commission ou du directeur général de l’agence régionale de santé.
L’ordre du jour est fixé par le président de la commission.
